The Hall is a piece of living history. Built with no expense spared by mill owner Mr Pemberton Milne, as a country home, it subsequently became Bomber Command for the RAF. It has been tastefully restored to achieve the atmosphere of a well loved home once again. Bawtry Hall was built on the site of the manor house in 1778. The Georgian hall with its beautiful grounds quickly became the focus for 18th Century Bawtry society. Today, having undergone extensive renovation and modernisation, Bawtry Hall is a leading conference centre. It provides a range of superb, highly flexible, purpose-built facilities catering for groups of up to 200.
